  • "Missing manifest file" error during installation
This is one of the most common installation mistakes and is an easy fix. When loading the extension in Chrome, you need to select the folder that contains the extension files — not the zip file itself, and not a file inside the folder. If you're seeing a "missing manifest file" error, it almost always means you've selected the wrong folder or haven't unzipped the file first. Please unzip the downloaded file, then in Chrome go to chrome://extensions, enable Developer Mode, click "Load unpacked" aFew readers

  • The extension says "No video found"
If you're seeing a "No video found" message, the most common reason is that the video hasn't started playing yet. The extension works by detecting the video stream as it loads, so try pressing play and waiting a few seconds before attempting to download again. If it still isn't working, try refreshing the page and playing the video once more. Make sure you also have the correct extension installed for the platform you're on, as each downloader is built specifically for its platform. If the issueFew readers
  • The download button isn't showing up
If the download button isn't appearing, try the following steps in order. First, make sure you are logged into the extension with the email address associated with your purchase. Second, ensure you are on the correct page — the button will only appear on supported pages within the platform. Third, try refreshing the page after the content has fully loaded. If none of these work, make sure you are running the latest version of the extension and reach out to our support team if the issue persists.Few readers
  • I didn't buy this product. Why am I being charged?
If you've noticed an unfamiliar charge on your bank statement or credit card, it's likely related to a purchase or subscription you made with SERP APPS. We are a software company that sells browser extensions and apps, and the charge you're seeing is most likely from a product you purchased or subscribed to through us. This is more common than you might think — we've had customers in the past initiate chargebacks simply because they didn't recognise the charge on their statement or had forgotteFew readers

  • Where are my downloaded files saved?
Your downloaded files are saved to your browser's default downloads folder. On both Windows and Mac this is typically a folder called "Downloads" in your user directory. If you're not sure where that is, you can open your browser's download history to see the exact file path. If you'd like files saved somewhere else, you can change your default download location in your browser settings.Few readers
