"This email does not have access"

If you're seeing this error after requesting a one-time pass code "This email does not have access"

It means one of these things is happening:

You might need to 'trade-in' your license key for a new email-permission, here: https://serp.ly/redeem-license-key
You might need to use the most recent release/version of that app
You are using the wrong email -- the email associated with your payment method is the one that was granted permissions. This is the most common issue I see. Please make sure the email associated with your stripe/paypal/link/whatever is the one you are trying to authenticate with.
