These Terms of Service govern your use of all products and services provided by SERP APPS, including our browser extensions and apps. By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our products. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Access

Access to our products is granted via the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your email address secure and up to date. If your email address changes, please contact our support team to update your account. You must not share your account access with others or allow third parties to use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being shared or misused.

Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. For subscription products, you will be billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it if you no longer wish to be billed. You can manage your subscription at apps.serp.co/account.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where a product is deemed defective and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All software, code, branding, and content associated with SERP APPS products are the intellectual property of SERP APPS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our software for personal purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any of our products without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our extensions will work on all platforms or in all circumstances, as third party platforms may change their technology in ways that affect our software. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain and update our products but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SERP APPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time if we believe you are in violation of these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable laws. Upon termination, your access to the product will cease and no refund will be issued unless otherwise determined at our discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SERP APPS operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
