My login email isn't receiving the OTP

If you're not receiving your one-time password, first check your spam or junk folder as it sometimes ends up there. Make sure you're entering the exact email address associated with your account. If you're still not receiving it, there may be a delay with your email provider — wait a minute or two before requesting another code.
