Acceptable Use Policy
By using any of our extensions or apps, you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with the laws of your country or jurisdiction. SERP APPS provides software tools designed to help users download content they have legitimate access to, and it is your responsibility to ensure your use of our products complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
You may only use our extensions to download content that you have legal authorisation to access. This means you must hold a valid account or subscription with the platform you are downloading from, and the content must be accessible to you through normal means. Using our tools to bypass paywalls, access restrictions, or digital rights management systems is strictly prohibited and is not something our software is designed to do.
Downloaded content is strictly for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, broadcast, or share any content you have downloaded using our tools, whether commercially or otherwise. Doing so may constitute copyright infringement and could expose you to legal liability. We take no responsibility for how you choose to use downloaded content and any consequences arising from misuse are solely your own.
You may not use our extensions for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to downloading content that infringes on third party intellectual property rights, violates privacy laws, or constitutes harassment or abuse of any kind. You also may not use our tools to download content belonging to others without their knowledge or consent where such consent is required by law.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we have reason to believe you are using our products in violation of this policy or in a manner that could bring harm to others or to SERP APPS. We are not liable for any damages, legal proceedings, or losses arising from your misuse of our software.
If you are unsure whether a particular use case is permitted under this policy or under the laws of your jurisdiction, we strongly recommend seeking independent legal advice before proceeding. When in doubt, the safest approach is always to respect the rights of content creators and platform owners.
